It looks like the Cult is trying hard to cover up another expose, getting it off the market in UK and and "unavailable" in the US. Amazon.com links to an overseas supplier. I just bought a copy online from Ireland, seems my kinfolk in the old country don't like cultz trying to tell them what to read.
