San Diego anon fired a flashraid off yesterday. Two of us met up and
loitered across the street from the org for a while to make some
signs.
A guy was watering the shrubberies outside the org, while upstairs, a
large man was standing in an open window for a bit. Shields were down.
As we were making signs on the sidewalk, a silly woman bustled out of
the Luth Research building, and paused long enough to say "They don't
want you on this side of the street," before trundling down the hill.
My response, "They don't want us on the other side of the street
either!"
My buddy pointed out that it is a public sidewalk, so what they want
is pretty much irrelevant.
We took our unwanted asses across the street and started to
enturbulate. It was funny, they've rearranged their main office
somewhat, and had rolled up the shields. It took them a while to
figure out how to deploy them again, but they eventually mastered it
and put them out front. Strange how they never have an answer to the
question, "How does hiding behind barriers put you at Cause over us?"
"Where's hiding on the tone scale?"
We were joined later by two other anons, and spent a jolly three hours
waving our signs. We talked to several passersby and gave them some of
our dwindling supply of YFTC. The parking lot was a bit emptier than
usual. Perhaps some members have their priorities wrong, shouldn't
they be at the org rather than watching the Super Bowl?
We were waved at by one fellow leaving the org, he had his TRs in. I'm
wondering why this guy is at the SD org, when a few weeks ago he told
us he was a farmer in OC. Doesn't Orange County have its own org in
Tustin? (rhetorical question, yes, they do)
Later, some of us retired to our seekrit desert fortress to scheme
over a few brewskies. We have a really funny idea that will annoy the
Scilons to no end without harming any of them. Also, it's entirely
legal!
