Pirate Guilds?

Sorry if I'm late to the party and need to lurk moar but I've caught wind from my LA connections that they're going about contacting local pirate clubs to see if they want in on the party. Certainly we have similar groups around here, neh?

Certainly our Pastafarian brothers would like a piece of the action?

I did, however, manage to find these guys http://www.sdcosplay.org/. It seems that they organize something every year for talk like a pirate day, even though they look mostly like a bunch of Anime Cosplay Weeaboos. I haven't contacted them yet. I'll be doing so tomorrow (don't have the time right now), unless someone else wants to contact them before then.

Any other pirate groups out there?

Kk, i posted on the http://www.sdcosplay.org/ website and told them a little about the protest. I didn't tell them what time or where (other than downtown) so if anyone is interested they should be dropping by this forum and asking questions.

weeaboos? i hope you realize that there were more than just a couple of those weeaboos who attended the first protest anon staged in SD.

Weaboo is a general term that we use like the suffix -fag. We kid because we love, and mean no disrespect. It's part of the anon culture in that we make fun of everything, even ourselves. We even call ourselves protestfags.

I'm a cosplayfag weaboo christfag protestfag myself.

FYI http://anidb.net is the holy grail of websites for finding interesting animes. You rate animes that you have watched and it matches your list up to other users that have similar tastes and gives you highly rated animes from their lists that you haven't seen yet. I was shocked that no one in my Japanese class knew about this website so i'm on a mission to spread the word.
