San Diego Org: IAS Event

This is the Big Event they have every year. The actual thing is held at St. Hill, but DVDs, such as the one featuring Tom Cruise baying his batshit madness for fellow Scilons are sent out to all the orgs so they can sip of the greatness that is Scientology's dwarf on an elaborate platform. (Gilded and painted styrofoam, if you didn't know.)

Anyway, San Diego will hold their IAS event in November:

This event pumps up their egos (and Scientology's bank accounts) with uplifting reports of front group activities. Huge wins Somewhere Else. Endorsements by unnamed Officials With Unpronounceable Names from Somewhere Else.

Having to inch around those barricades has got to make them wonder why they have to hide behind them, since they're Almost Winning. Don't you think?

Is there a possibility they'll be holding it at the Org or at the new Ideal Org building?

I would be very interested in seeing photos of people arriving. I have friends who may still be in and I'd like to know if they are or aren't. Can you get pictures of people going in?

they very well might have the event at the college campus -- if they've fixed up one section big enough. can you get the local promo for the event?

its as easy as a phone call for anyone who can speak scilon efficiently enough, just tell them you're visiting from out of town during the IAS and you wanted to come down to the org for it, they will gladly give you the information if you sound legit
