Firstly, we're away from our home turf of Horton Plaza. There's no easily accessible trolley stations nearby, and though the 923 runs right past it, the bus stops after 6:30PM approximately on Saturdays. So, getting people there and away ANONYMOUSLY (ie. no plate fagging) is gonna be tricky. Need people to start thinking on this, looking at the local area and maybe finding nearby parking we can use.

Now, as the map shows, there's a lot of interesting variables at play here. To the west and north we've got residential housing. This means noise ordinances need to be looked at and coordinated with the SDPD. What are the limits placed upon us? Do we need to secure permits?

To the south is a major street, and across it some big complex.

To the east is some buildings, dunno what they are. Potential as a staging grounds/protest site? Parking is too close to use effectively without getting followed. This section of the hotel is fenced off and has plants obscuring view.

Entrances in look like they're on the west, one at the top, one at the bottom of the building. Thats where I'd put protestors on the sidewalk. Failing access to the sidewalk I'd try and use the parking lot across the street to the east.

If we can secure a WOG bus, that'd be immensely helpful in moving people and supplies, which seems to be the major obstacle right now.

This is all that's come to mind right now, but we need to have some major planning done by EVERYONE to make sure that we have an epic response with a week of prep time. Anonagi has excellent contact with LA, I think we need him coordinating with them and really pushing to get major /b/lackup so we've got experienced people on hand should we encounter bullbaiting or handlers.

Ok I was looking at the google map and noticed there is another bus route running somewhere in the vicinity. The Route 28 runs a bit north of the hotel, and it is telling me it is about a half mile using that straight road.

The Route 28 timetables (below) say they run until after 10 (wasn't paying attention to stops, but that's significantly late. I don't know about other anons, but I can walk a half mile, and a bus route suddenly makes driving a whole lot safer if I can park my car anywhere along the route.

I'm still attempting to get back up from a friend who had to miss out on Sea Arrrgh though.

Rambling: I still need to go full /i/nsurgency mode sometime (though this will NOT be one of those times) [just got a Marcab patch from someone on Enturb to put on my sleeve, plus I scraped some grime off an officer overbelt to wear].

Right now I'm in [UNDISCLOSED LOCATION] with no access to prep materials but, luckily, my enturb bag is still packed back at BLUE LAZER BASE and thus ready to [rick]roll when need be.

My first concern is that this does seem to be within the boundaries of the USN Training Center. I could be wrong, but that "residential housing" north of the skin job function looks a lot like "base housing" to me. This may mean another angle we'll need to look into.

Confirmed. The 28 bus will be adequate for our activities. It runs until 10:30 (Nimitz is the nearest marked stop on the timetable), and Old Town can provide a parking site for Anons. Whats the word on riding with a mask on? I'm very worried that spots might get staked out, especially if everyone leaves at once. Alternate clothes are a must for this, otherwise a bunch of suits are gonna stand out standing around at the bus stop.

Our exit strategy needs to be really thought through because it's gonna be harder to simply disappear into the crowd. A lot harder.

Also, protip: Print a Google map of the surrounding neighborhood so you can ditch tails and not get lost yourself.

Saturdays are always hard but I'll definitely see what I can do...

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to this one because I wasn't able to request that day off in time I suggest everyone be extremely careful there and make sure you have allot of people.

Concerning the noise permits, I think we should drop the use of the Megaphone and stick to small portable speaker devices. I am willing to share my speakers, due to the fact that I feel somewhat uncomfortable to drive that far in to uncharted territory *I panic when I get lost*

Residential area is susceptible to more noisefagging, so we have to stick to speakers that I purchased or similar. No boom boxes, and they must be easily assembled and disassembled. I suggest that we follow the technique that LA did when they had the IAS (Spelled right?) Ball up in LA an just simply stand on a corner.

This is FLAG Gentlemen, The Sea salt crusted oyster shooters that we would love to see but still give us that funny feeling. It is not a possibility that they will ignore us, but it is most likely the will attempt to toss someone in among us for dissent. If Anon from LA and SF come down, Listen to them very carefully and go after their advice. The clams we are dealing with are not the normal ones, and they will attempt to follow or at best Body-bullbait check us and want a pending BAAAWsuit. If anything happens, point the camera on them at all times, and do not look away from them. If they try to touch you, just walk as fast as you can *tag your it* or sit down or play dead, or maybe just ask them to tickle you once more.
